“ BEST. TACOS. PERIOD! Tacos 1986 are exceptional in every manner. They are delicious. Prices are very fair & service is excellent too! Very impressed by their operations! “ Tacos 1986 is an LA classic. I’ve had the tacos plenty of times, so I decided to go for a burrito this time. The burrito is a bit smaller then your typical Mexican spot, but the quality is excellent. For the choice of meat, I highly recommend the adobada! The little bits of fat and tender meat creates a delicious, unctuous bite. When it comes to salsa, they have you covered. My favorite is La Macha, and I make sure to grab extra every time I go here. While there are hundreds taco spots across LA, Tacos 1986 deserves to be in the top tier conversation. ”
“ Perfect for what it is. Great, quick, tasty taco shop. Highly reco. A little interior bar for eating. And similar, but larger, set ups outside. We grabbed tacos (chicken and mushroom). Chicken was our favorite. Guac was a bit salty, and did not have too much kick. But they had a bunch of salsa available, and we mixed some of that in. Guac side is pretty large, and comes with whole fried chips. Parking is standard Westwood fair. Some paid lots, street meters etc.. it’s great! Go Bruins! ”

Very good service. Unfortunately didn’t have much seating so more of a grab and go vibe. Overall was great food and I will want more in the future. ”
